On Dec. 13, 2004, sasha lost a very short battle
with cancer and passed from us to the wings of angels. She is survived by her two
children and a lifestyle she reached out, touched and made each of us the better
for it.
She was in her mid 40's, and was the founder of DsKiosk, the first web domain in
1997 to educate, entertain and have a huge resource section and links. She
also co-founded Kinky Cards and Passion Productions which was sold in 2003.
Her true love was the restoration of vintage photographs showing that sexuality and
alternative lifestyles have been around as long as cameras or even artists have been
around. She bought vintage photographs and painstakingly restored them, often
spending hours, days, weeks on one photograph.
If you were lucky enough to call her friend you were truly blessed, no one could
ask for a better friend. In her business she always gave so much, and when a
friend ordered toys she would go out of her way to add some extras to the
package to make it all the more special.
She continued to give and worked right up to the last three months of her life.
She will be greatly missed and yet she shared so many lessons that we should
each take to heart. Being non-judgmental, embracing our differences and our
similarities and refusing to become embroiled in group politics.
Her two favorite sayings leave us such a legacy and comfort those of us who
will miss her bright aura, her smile, laughter and zest for life.
"This moment is the best one I will ever get; tomorrow is an illusion yesterday is a memory."
- sasha 2001
"Living life to the fullest; filling my space with love."
