For several years I've traveled under many guises in this land known as the internet. I've seen channels come and go, as well as friends and companions. Of the many channel's that I've frequented in this time, some are still here and more than a few having slipped beneath the waves of time, to only remain in the pleasant halls of memories.

Two of my favorite loves are dragons and books. For many years, since I first picked up one of Tolkien's books and continuing to this day, the fantasy genre has been my favorite type of reading. I also enjoy historical and some sci-fi reading. I also have a wide taste in music and thus the change in music on this page at times.

I have been with ATR since the beginning, meeting cajunrose on line in June 1998 before the channel was formed. I love meeting in real life the many online friends we have built up over the last almost 9+ years and hope we will continue to meet many more of them.

Integrity, honesty and personal ethics are qualities that are very important in my friends and within myself. I try to lend an ear to all who are in need, or who just need to talk. Those that seek me can say that what they tell me or ask me is always kept in confidence. As for titles for myself, I am comfortable without them and do not have the need to have to wear them, even rose calls me Storm or Love, so please feel free to just call me Sir in channel. The respect comes from the tone and meaning behind the speakers words, not the title. I do not have patience with those who would abuse or malign another.

I love to watch rose as she blooms back into the lovely sub she once was before fate and an abuser almost destroyed her. We met face to face in the fall of 1999, after about 15 months of others telling her to look beyond my age to my maturity. I have told rose, as well as others, "to grow old is mandatory, but to grow up is optional". Wisdom and knowledge does not go hand in hand with age, but with experience and willingness to learn and grow.

I have been in and around the D/s lifestyle since about 1991. I have to say rose captured my heart from almost the first time I met her, <grins and yes I do have a bottle of extra strength headache medicine as well as stomach aides >. However life with rose is never boring...*G* We have been married since 2001 and I continue to work with both Dominants and submissives as well as supporting rose in her work with abuse survivors.

I have been asked if caring for rose during these illnesses that are ravaging her body is difficult or something I resent. The answer is it is very difficult to see her fade from us, but she has grounded me, and I would not want to be anywhere in this world except next to rose. As she faces this final challenge in her life, you have to be amazed at the grace and humility she confronts this part of her life. She is not bitter, but continues to give so much love to all she encounters, and being with her during this time is a blessing to all lucky enough to know her.

One of the things that you will often hear me say is "if a dominant stops learning they can become dangerous, and for a submissive to stop learning it will kill their spirit".
